Iceland Might Need A Geography Lesson...

I think they are correct in the naming of that particular variant. The fact it has chorizo sausage (taken to Mexico when the Spanish invaded) rather than the traditional andouille sausage as used in the Louisiana version.

Well they got the location pinned down to a handful of time zones.

Good enough to pass a GCSE Geography examine surely.

Included in the same range is 'peri peri chicken' & I rather thought that originated in Portugal!
