No worries, the cash-banking Partner GPs will be 'working from home' (i.e. the golf course), the only folk at the surgery will be their hired-hands and admin staff, about whom they care almost as little as they do for their customers, sorry 'patients'. The clue's in the name, 'patient', that's what you need to be, very, very patient.

Perhaps that's the answer - rebrand us as 'customers', like HMRC rebranded taxpayers?
