Attacking The Drunken Abusive Customers The English Don't Want To....

The Recorder of York, Judge Paul Batty QC said: “Whilst of course you cannot, and the law doesn’t permit you to, arm yourself with weapons and go on the offensive, the fact of the matter is each of you was subjected to very considerable provocation.
“I am quite satisfied compensation would be wholly inappropriate. The way he behaved that night, he is certainly not going to by the means of this court receive a single penny because he doesn’t deserve it.”
Interesting. I wonder what the feminist outrage would be like if a judge said something similar about a false rape complainer getting a slap from her victim?
He gave Kala a 16-month prison sentence, suspended for two years on condition he does 120 hours’ unpaid work, and Uzbek an eight-month prison sentence suspended for two years on condition he does 80 hours’ unpaid work.
*rolls eyes*
Kala’s solicitor Keith Allen said he had lost his job at Bambinos at Harrogate over the attack.
He had been in the country for 11 years since he arrived as an asylum seeker and been working for the restaurant for one and a half to two months.
/golfclap for the UK Border Agency, there!
Uzbek’s barrister George Hazel-Owram said he was a hard-working man who still worked at the restaurant.
So...now we all know where not to go for a kebab.

So let me get this right, 2 "Asylum seekers" two'd up a bloke with a knife and an iron bar?
Now call me a cynic, but I suspect that that isn't the end of the issue.. Not by a long shot.

What's more, had the roles been reversed, I suspect the sentencing would have been custodial, and long stretches at that.

Budvar,

Close,

The incident with the knife and a bar was on the previous occasion this filth had attacked people at their undoubtedly shitty 'restaurant', leaving the victim with brain damage.

The latest episode utilised a pole as a weapon.

Remove kebab. It's the only way.

That could have bern lethal, especially if he was wielding some of those big heavy glass jars of gristle they seem so fond of. Oh, not that kind of Pole.

I'll get my coat.

So it's now almost permitted to take the law into our own hands. Or is it only for those who follow a different kind of law?
