Power placards! *slaps forehead* How did we miss that?
Gosh, how could we have ever thought only of the mundane stuff, like stop and search, locking up thugs and gangsters, and refusing to tolerate gang culture in the black community?
Mr Elwin’s widowed mother and five elder siblings had got together at the family home in Southfields just two days before he was killed to warn him he was mixing with the wrong crowd.Too little, too late. And too many politicians and pundits seeking to make a nice living out of telling the black community it's not their fault.
It is. Sort out your 'community'. Or see it continue to fail.

Black Culture related crimes could be effectively reduced were Parliament to pass an Act making it compulsory for 'persons of a certain appearance' to form gangs, trade in drugs and carry knives at all times.
What about "City against knives and guns", or "Wednesday", or even "Orient"? On the other hand, they could have placards reading "What could I have done to fight knife or gun crime?" Anyway, I doubt that those being targeted would be able to read anything which didn't have "Gangsta", "Ho's" or "Innit" on it.
Another bunch of perennial victims.

I'm intrigued by the attempted family intervention two days before this aspiring rapper and promising footballer was taken from us. Anything like this I wonder? (NSFW)

I miss the Sopranos.
Placards, hashtags, tea lights and Chinese lanterns. All of these are vital in the battle of knife/gun/Operation Trident-related crime. The police 'service' are far too busy with offensive tweets and have their own hashtags to deploy.

Quite!

LOL! Ah, that was a brilliant series.

The new Met Head has talked tough about not worrying if stop & search rises...but these ain't Brazilian electricians, Cress!
