The trial of a man accused of owning a “dangerously out of control” dog after his chihuahua allegedly bit the ankle of a postwoman ended in deadlock after a jury failed to reach a verdict.Too busy laughing, I expect.
A hearing on February 7 will be held to decide if the prosecution will seek a retrial.What a waste of time and money...
