At a hearing at the same court seven days prior, Lovia Bonsu, of Brigstock Road in Thornton Heath, was ordered to pay a total of £400 for littering two black sacks and cardboard boxes in Raymead Passage.That is at least a street off the one she lives in, so she clearly has a bit more native cunning.
