Lovely Shot Of An Osprey In Flight...

...pity your story is about peregrine falcons.

A very poor photograph makes the mistake understandable.
And did you know Osprey are more difficult to spot than leopards on these shores, Julia?

Leotards are quite commonly noted, though.

"I thought it was rather a good photo..." Take another look, Julia.

Osprey tail feathers exhibit very distinctive, eagle-like white/dark cross flecks and a mainly white head. Seen from the underside, the wings are scaly white with black tips. Absent from your photo are the typical longitudinal streaks...but maybe it's an old has-been.
