It Really Is Time That Lethal Injections Were Available For All The Animals In These Cases…

Remember this case?
The woman walking the attack dog appeared in court for the first time today. Susan Campbell, aged 42, of Thelwall Lane, said she had been left 'just as traumatised' as the owner by the incident.
Representing herself during proceedings, Campbell said: “The situation that happened that day was traumatic for me and David too.
“It wasn't something that we intended to do, it wasn't something we enjoyed. “It was hard for me to control the dog.
“I did everything I could.”
Yes, she's the real victim.

And given that 'doing all she could' doesn't even begin to describe what actually happened, why isn't the bitch done for perjury too?
Campbell, who appeared to be falling asleep during proceedings and whose speech was slurred, defended how nine-year-old Elvis had been treated.
“We didn't mean to disregard the dog with any disrespect – we were in shock,” she added.
Yesh, yeah, yeah ..funny how 'shock' always seems to look like intoxication or total disregard for the consequence when it's the underclass, eh?

And why are they never done for contempt of court, no matter how much they take the piss?
Campbell, who is unemployed and on benefits, failed to turn up at court this morning. A warrant was issued before she appeared late, blaming having to find her own transport.
She has failed to turn up to all court dates in the case so far, with previous convictions for the same offence.
The defendant has 15 previous convictions for 43 offences including being drunk when caring for a child.
 :/
Savage, who also appeared to fall asleep during proceedings but blamed medication, was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months.
He will also pay compensation to the victims of £300 and a victim surcharge of £80.
From his high-paying job, I suppose?
Sentencing for Campbell was adjourned until October 7 for reports.
Oh, why not? Let's throw more money at this druggie waster!
Following the case, Gemma Antell, who owned Elvis, said: “I don't know how they can say they are as traumatised as our family.
“I had to tell my children their dog had been killed.
“They weren't traumatised when they were shouting at my mother during the incident.
“No punishment is suitable.
“They should not have had a dog in the first place.
“We are dog lovers and don't want any dogs to be killed and now because of them two are dead.”
Well, take heart! At least the police were forced into doing something, probably by the outcry that followed the publication of the pictures.

Some unlucky owners don’t even have that comfort

Are we not missing the obvious ?

How can people, who are unemployed and on benefits, afford a dog, let a lone have enough spare money for alcohol ?

After sentencing, the Department for Work and Pensions and HMRC should have been informed and these people and their affairs investigated.

Clearly these people are getting too much from the State, actually the tax payer.

It is time we moved from giving these people money, but food stamps.

I know you mainly target the criminal underclass type scum on your blog cos you can't really just have a pop at your neighbours online who have 2 staffies, sky movies, and a jet ski and are unemployed.

Go on julia why not let it all out, i bet its a good story those bastards who live down the road eh?

Honsetly your blog screams out that there is a big chip on your shoulders about the underclass/dogs/unemployed/gypsies because of real life circumstances close to you.

That would be the real deal, proper gossip shit like Jeremy Kyle instead of news stories that appear to be similar to what you see every day.

Come on Julia, start an open thread, tell us a story and everyone esle can join in

Guess what those fucking neighbours have done now!!

Rickie warbled: Honsetly your blog screams out that there is a big chip on your shoulders...

And this, if it were true, bothers you why exactly? Has having an opinion been made illegal now? Or are you one of those leftie types that believes if your granddad didn't die down the coal mines or your dad didn't lead a charge during the Poll Tax riots then you're just an Evil Tory?

Or maybe you're just pissed because we're no longer going to allow people to move straight from school leaver to early retirement without at least doing 'something useful' in-between? By the way, if you are, your mate Miliband lost the election over the weekend.

@ JP

DFTT mate, he/she has been touring the blogs of late, outraged that people who write blogs seem unable to take an opposing stance from each others opinions and so has been making some rather fumbling attempts at being an agent provocateur.

You are absolutely spot on fidel, blog hosts will not oppose each other for fear of losing links and visitor stats...well not in their real blog name anyway, i'm not outraged more gobsmacked that big tough talking bloggers will happily lose credibilty in pursuit of more pen pals or fear of losing some.

It's fake shite and the blog hosts themselves know they play the game.

Anyway i don't put Julia in that club and i'm not trolling or disagreeing with her as such, although i believe her and many other hard nosed right wing types can't see that they could fall flat on their arses through unemployment/divorce/debt etc and become the underclass they despise.

All i'm asking for is the real story behind Julia's non stop addiction to finding "scum type" stories which i believe would be a good read, everyone has a neighbour tale!

@John, hope my opinion will be acceptable to you, you seem to be the self appointed blog guard dog.

I disagree that 'hard nosed right wing types' would join the underclass if they fell flat on their arse. It is part of life, ups and downs, when your down you pick yourself up and carry on, also friends tend to rally round and the individual looks for different opportunities. Simple as that, the underclass are manufactured for the parasite class to manage and look after, gives them something to feel good about.

Well, quite! Next time some lefty twat is whinging about 'poverty' in the 'Guardian', think about these two, eh?

"I know you mainly target the criminal underclass type scum on your blog cos you can't really just have a pop at your neighbours online who have 2 staffies, sky movies, and a jet ski and are unemployed."

A neighbour a few doors down has a (very well behaved and friendly) Staffie, but also a job. No jetski though next time I bump into him, I'll recommend one.

Might be a bit too cold now, I suppose...

"You are absolutely spot on fidel, blog hosts will not oppose each other for fear of losing links and visitor stats"

Not actually true - we aren't monolithic entities, we don't agree all the time.

As for visitor stats, the excitement of looking at them soon wears off. You blog because you want to, or you eventually give up.

".. the underclass are manufactured for the parasite class to manage and look after, gives them something to feel good about."

Spot on!
