Ms Beaven, who has another son, five-year-old Tommy Duffell, and lives with her partner Charlie Lugg, has made a formal complaint against the officer.Time to bring back one of my mother’s favourite phrases, ‘No better than she ought to be’…
Gray's Farm Primary Academy declined to comment. What could they say? Certainly, the commenters aren’t quite so reticent.

I think she deserved what she got but it is wrong that if I asked her to shut up and tried to perform a citizens arrest I would be the one in court. Just because he is Plod shouldn't give him any extra powers that the ordinary person doesn't have while off duty.
So much for the police being an extension of the people.
It is because he is 'plod' that he has those 'warranted powers' YOU don't.
If you read the story, all he did was warn her initially and believe me it must have been bad for him to get involved when not at work in Essex
The escalation came from her when she reacted the way she did, swore and became more abusive. Imagine how she must behave all the time and woe betide any other parent who has had to put up with her DNA wasting existence and hasn't DARED say anything.
Her and the other ming-mong accepted cautions - they accepted they committed an offence, if they protested their innocence then they should have refused the cautions and let a court decide.
I suspect the incident was far worse than portrayed in the initial reports.
There's plenty more scum like her and her 'friend' about, they disgust me and should disgust all you armchair anti police warriors, well done to the officer for ruining his morning, his day off even taking his kid to school and elt's hope these hard faced chav slags think for a moment before behaving like this again - I doubt it though.
They should rip their ghastly wombs out and sterilise their kidz and sperm donors to prevent any more of the benefit claiming meat sacks being born

Somebody's pupped that twice, no accounting for taste.
So you are saying that a policeman should not intervene professionally when off duty and not in uniform.
Presumably you'd want the same to apply to doctors.

James if it is that woman and it is likely that she would not survive without medical intervention, then yes I would not want a doctor to intervene.
I initially thought she was showing off a crap tattoo and not a bruise at first.
So dim is she that she even keeps popping up in the comments thread, and gets a right going over by the reality-based community.
Over 400 comments including mine,it's a feeding frenzy.
I would say Queen of the Chavs but disappointingly I can't see any tattoos and her kids are all the same colour. Please try harder love!
Jaded.
Oh, and I see the brother has been on there too ...

Nah, Julia, her son's name is Tommy. What kind of name is that ffs? Could try harder.
Woof!
Julia you should have put a warning that it wasn't safe to view the paper before breakfast - yuck, what a wallop.

When is "an ordinary person" off duty?
But you miss the point;
A Police Constable is on duty 24 hours per day, seven days per week, with NO days of for some squalling bastard born in a raghead stable near jeruselem,or picking HIS bastards up from school, or assisting the easter bunny get rid of some fucking chocolate.
The amazing thing about yer chav male is that he can maintain an erection long enough to impregnate and fertilise the most coarse, pig ugly examples of womanhood - yer chav female. It's a marvel of human evolution - one that surely spell our ultimate demise when the species caves in under the widespread ADHA, ASHBURGERS and a host of other 'disabilities'.
"Just because he is Plod shouldn't give him any extra powers that the ordinary person doesn't have while off duty."
As FT points out, technically, they never are...
