Well, No, Actually…

A cousin of the explorer Sir Ranulph Fiennes stabbed to death in an upmarket tapas bar was a “kind, loving” father who died because of his “generosity of spirit” , his family said today.
…he died because of an outdated concept of ‘care in the community’ and the reluctance of doctors to lock up seriously mentally unwell and dangerous people unless they are judged to be ‘treatable’.
